"Current customer service lady during current date needs to be fired Immediately. WHO ASKS "WHY ARE YOU CANCELING? BECAUSE OF THE COPAY? At a mental health facility? Had me jump through so many hoops. I requested an appointment and the website said I’d be contacted shortly. After waiting a day and a half I finally called to see why I had not been contacted yet. That’s when they customer service lady informed me that I needed to enter my date of birth and that’s why I was never contacted. (My request appointment was for Saturday. I filled out the request form Thursday evening. I called Friday evening which was when I was told this. (Why couldn’t they call me to ask me my date of birth?) she never told me that it was a virtual visit. So I drove 30 minutes to the office before figuring that out. There is way more to to the story but I’ll I’ll leave you with this. Eventually I asked her to send me my money back and cancel my appointment. Her response was "why? Because of the copay?” I said I was going to look elsewhere. But the real reason was her."
