"I brung my son here during the “Covid era”, when I booked his appointment they got his birthdate mixed up. So when we came in and they realized he was 3 instead of 4, they all grunted as if they were annoyed to have to deal with a younger child. Wouldn’t recommend, because as uncomfortable as you were to do your job, imagine how uncomfortable I was as a mom taking her child to his first dentist appointment having to interact with a dentist who was snappy, impatient and rude. Then they were rude to his dad because he didn’t hear them state that only one parent was allowed back. The whole appointment took about three minutes."
