"Working here was a great opportunity! However capital diagnostics should take their lab protocol more seriously. Putting urine samples in a food fridge and capping patient test tubes with tissues is concerning and unethical. Also I didnt like my W2s being changed without my consent. Which wasn't resolved by HR or Dr Remi Bhatnagar ."

"Not a good COVID-19 testing place for traveling or business trip either with insurance or non. (We paid $100 each.) They do not provide swab collected time as required by all airlines(48/72 hours before departure time) and the lady who took our names as we had appointments said it can be use for traveling. (Tester ladies are nice) The airline said our documents are missing and incorrect. We called and emailed the lab, the only thing they said was they cannot do it because that was what the manager said so. They're not trying to help. Never call back until now when they said they will. (Happened on Thursday, December 30, 2021)"

"Extremely impressed by Capital Diagnostics customer service team. We needed a test for my son on day 5 after returning from a college visit to return to school….We tested Wednesday morning at our local test site only to find out that the samples weren't picked up until late in the afternoon after close of the clinic so didn't arrive to the lab until 8pm. At 4:30 pm I spoke to the Capital Diagnostics customer service team and Karen told me she would keep an eye on it and put a rush on the sample to ensure it got into the system as soon as it got to them…to make a long story short, Karen kept in touch with me during the evening (outside her working hours) via email and then next morning by phone and email keeping me apprised of the progress or lack thereof but giving me enough information that my son was able to go to school and await the results which came back at 10 am (within 24 hours of sample being tested) allowing my son to make his classes for the rest of the day and most importantly able to participate in the Toastmasters club after school today! The kids have it the worst and really want to be in school when they can, so we really appreciated Capital Dx going the extra mile and helping make that happen! Thanks to Karen and the entire team for such a great outcome!"
