"The only reason I even felt the need to rate a 2 star instead of 1 was only because of Sandy, the PA I saw a few weeks ago and Xavia at the front desk. Both ladies were extremely nice, caring and know the true meaning of patient care. To make a long story short, Shannon Elqorchi, who is the PT I was scheduled to see today to start what I thought was my treatment was disgusting to say the least. As someone in the medical field, I know what it is to care for patients and exhibit empathy and so on but this woman dismissed me because I was confused about their process after spending 45 minutes to an hr with Sandy during my intake weeks ago just for her to want to do the same thing which seemed redundant after already going over that weeks ago and completing intake forms online. I do not plan on retuning and have made my attorney, who referred me there aware of this nasty interaction. Do better!"

They take their time with everyone and give them a sense comfort. They are the most friendly staff in ever since of the word. Bottom line they really cares."
