"My doctor is great but the staff is horrible. They dont answer the phone, follow thru with information, your on hold forever and forget trying to get a refill. I actually had to leave my home 2xs to go up there to get a prescription because they wouldn't answer the phone. I'm in the process of finding a new provider. So unfortunate."

"I totally agree with all the 1 stars given. The front desk don't answer the phone and I've actually stood outside the door and called and no one moved to answer. The doctors have always been great, but they have too much turn-over. Both my doctor and my husband's doctor recently left. They were great. Guess it's time to take my business elsewhere."

"really tired of waiting 20/30 minutes on the phone just to make an appointment. This office needs to do better. I’m extremely disappointed. Love my doctor but this phone issue has been going on for too long. FIX IT."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to obtain an appointment. Every time I call to make one, its months out (I usually end up going to an urgent care facility when I need to be seen immediately). Second, they hardly ever answer the phone and it takes so long to get a live person on phone after going through all of the prompts. Even if you leave a message for the doctor, nurse or staff, you don't get a call back. The prescription refill phone line is a joke. It took almost two weeks to get my prescription refilled. I could've died of a stroke not having my medicine. Since COVID-19, these highlighted issues have worsened ten times. I have been putting up with this sub-par service lately because the office is close to home and very convenient. However, I am actively looking for another primary care physician because I am totally dissatisfied with the staff and the way they conduct their business. The actual doctors are great if you can stomach the lack of customer service and office shenanigans. I've been a loyal and faithful patient since 1998 and I'm beyond OVER IT!!!"

"I have left 3-4 messages trying to get an appointment with my doctor. Great medical staff, however; I wonder if they are aware that the front office staff aren't answering calls nor are they returning messages. Unacceptable"
