Called these guys and the owner explained the situation to me upfront. Did the job overnight and charged me $150 less than the original quote.. Will definitely be back!!"

"I have taken two of my cars here. My first car (08 4runner) needed a new muffler. His prices were 25-30 % lower than most shops in the area. However, that muffler lasted only about 13-14 months and literally fell apart. I took the car back to him and said "I'll give you a break on the replacement muffler since it was only 14 months." I watched him order my replacement muffler and realized he ordered one that was even cheaper in quality and price. I then took my second car (05 Sentra) and it too lasted only about 12-14 months. While the gentleman (owner) is really nice and helpful, you get what you pay for. In my experience, it was not worth saving the $150-$200. Edit: I went back to the shop to show the owner what had happened and he totally denied ever working on my car."

The owner walked me through the process and what to expect -- at this point, he could have charged me twice as much for what needed to be done , but he didn't , he was honest and very professional. The estimate at King Muffler was definitely under this price. The shop owner is VERY nice and honest. He gave me an estimate and ordered the parts I needed the same day. The next day, the installation was performed on my car and I paid the exact estimate that he gave me. He did an exceptional job and I definitely will use him again."
