"I saw doctor grace Lee, she made malicious comments at me knowing I’m in mental health crisis, did not attempt to deescalate but made INAPPROPRIATE comments and when I asked why that was her opinion with medical evidence she says nothing. Disgusting staff… I am a 4x military sexual trauma survivor… the least she could’ve done is gotten my medication but she doesn’t even know how to do her job. Refused to contact my THERAPIST!!! HOW CAN YOU DO YOUR JOB?! horrible doctor! Ignore her patients and insults them when they go into crisis. Truly bad at her job. VETERANS don’t waste ur time, ur PTSD will be viewed as a level of competence instead of as mental illness. This level of discrimination by providers is disgusting and only adds to our veterans NEGLECT in medical care. DO BETTER GRACE LEE! You should be ashamed of yourself and how you handled my situation. If I could put zero I would put zero! Nasty behavior by someone who should be a PROFESSIONAL. I am THE PATIENT. you are the doctor!!!u don’t get to SCOLD me.truly pathetic. Could’ve done medication management FOR PTSD … but no u wanna discriminate against my mental illness instead because it’s to hard for you? THEN DONT WORK WITH VETERANS!!!!! TRULY you are disgrace to this veteran medical. EDIT: Supervisor calls me saying he wants to discuss this doc and only discusses what care he wants to “give me” now months later… I don’t want care from you… your staff are disgusting and unethical… I told them I was being abused and she ignored me and literally used words used during abuse against me in our call… I will never speak to your staff again and the fact that you think a phone call and apology is enough for pretending to help me is gross… you are scum… truly… -veteran"

"WARNING!! Unethical business practices here!!!! All of the negative reviews are 100% accurate! Don’t believe me? Check out their BBB page. I can’t speak for all the therapists here, but at least I would not recommend the one I saw RAMLA ADEN... I was baited into a cancellation charge of $125 when she is the one that asked me to reschedule my appointment! This is the worst experience I have had in any medical field. I have been trying to get an answer to an issue going on for 3 weeks now and I keep getting the runaround. The therapist ignored my message I sent in the patient portal and refused to properly follow up with me about the issue. I was charged a cancellation fee for an appt that SHE (the therapist) requested I reschedule. They called me and asked me to reschedule and then I still get a cancellation charge ($125) attached to it?!? And from numerous calls I’ve had to make into customer service, several reps stated it’s up to the therapist to remove the charge if she wants to and she refuses. So I was BAITED into that charge! Before, I never had an issue contacting them. Now all of a sudden it’s impossible to reach them. And she removed me from her schedule, shady business ethics. This is not how a therapist is supposed to treat their patients! **will update review once (or if) I hear back from my formal complaint."

"The only reason I continue to choose Lifestance for my care is that my provider is excellent. Every aspect of the administration of this business is atrocious. If you have any other option than lifestance I would recommend that. Paying bills is difficult, they failed to process my insurance properly, a return took 6 months and getting anything resolved is a painful experience."

"I had a poor experience with this practice. The scheduling team was fine, however, the therapist and billing team never got back to me after messaging them more than twice. I had a couple of questions before the appointment and they never bother reaching out to me. I went ahead with the appointment anyway hoping it would turn out okay....well it didn't. The therapist acted like she was reading off a script, everything she said was extremely generic. You know how sometimes you just have a feeling that the person you are talking to just don't truly care about what you have to say? Well I got that feeling right from the start with her. She actually made me feel 10 times worse after the session, sadly."
