"I have been calling for over two weeks with no return call . This office has no structure nor communication the services are not a help because there are none . I have three children who are unhappy with there therapist and can’t get in contact with no one from the office to get help horrible service overall."

"I’ve been with this facility for about two years now, and I must admit when it comes to the therapist everything has been going great for me. However, when it comes to the office itself, I would have to say that it is ridiculous how they could be so incompetent and careless. Last week I received two text messages on Tuesday regarding my upcoming medication management appointment. One was set for December 13, 2022, and the other was set for December 14, 2022, now I will admit that I should have reached out to the office to ask which appointment was correct. But I figured the last appointment that was given which was December 14, 2022, was the correct appointment. Yesterday, December 13, 2022, I received a phone call from a man who works in the office and he called to confirm my appointment for the following day. I confirmed my appointment and we ended the call the next day rolls around and I set around waiting for someone to give me a phone call to do the pre-check with someone from the office I did not receive a call at all whatsoever. So I reached out to the office and had to call about two times before I was able to get a hold of someone and when I did, the person immediately hung up after they were interrupted in their home. Afterward, I try reaching out again and that’s when the front desk clerk answered, and she was completely rude trying to overtalk me without knowing all the information. So which I asked if I could speak with a supervisor, and she proceeded to transfer me over however, the supervisor did not come to the phone. I must’ve called back about 3 to 4 times and no one in supervision or managerial position has answered. So I reached out to my therapist and asked if she could be able to find out what was going on because I didn’t want to appear as if I was incompetent and missing appointments willy-nilly. Because this has happened to me before and they tried to blame me a couple of months ago when this happened. If it wasn’t for my therapist, I would run for the hills because this organization is the worst of the worst, especially when it comes to communication."

"I don’t know what all the bad reviews are for. I was referred here after a bad experience with the last place I was at, and I read the reviews and was worried. But I really needed help and decided to give it a try. My therapist (Nina) is amazing, she’s caring and kind and goes the extra mile to help! I can’t speak for all of them here but at least mine is and the office has been nice anytime I’ve called. The psychologist is nice the only thing I would say is that she kind of rushes the appointments. I would say to people that remember these are people too, they make mistakes and they aren’t perfect and they are doing their best."

"My fiancee receives therapeutic and psychiatric care from BTST in Lanham. I am not impressed. The psychiatrist is negligent, constantly sending medication to the wrong locations and it gets lost. It is also difficult to make contact with them, if you're having concerns about medication. The office staff are not friendly and will offend you with their unprofessional body language. While my fiancee's therapist is decent, I feel as though the quality of therapy is mediocre. My fiancee can get better service from a YouTube video at this point. Oh, never mind that my fiancee has been out of medicine for almost a month now and can't get an appointment for 90 days because of some policy that makes absolutely NO SENSE. He's suffering and can't be seen because he missed 3 appointments? 3 appointments that they can't even give the dates for? Ridiculous. They never reached out or attempted to make any contact with him. I'm not impressed with these services. If they don't improve, I will be sure to seek care for my fiancee elsewhere. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the therapist is somewhat decent."
