I used a work voucher and that was no problem. Literally in and out 10 to 15 minutes. Longest part of the process was ringing up the work voucher"

"I returned the boots after receiving them as a gift from my wife. She bought me the same pair of boots I got last year which I was highly disappointed in. I have worn Redwing boots exclusively everyday at work since 2014. Every year the price of the boots increases and the quality of the product decreases. My current pair of boots barely lasted 7 months before they where torn at the toe seem and the soles began to wear out to the point I could no longer wear the boots to work in due to how uncomfortable they became. I’m no longer a fan of redwing boots and will be finding another brand of boots to purchase."

"This store is a joke, I've worn nothing but redwing boots for the past 6+ years and the past two of those years I've purchased from this store. Last year they didn't have my traditional loggermax boots I typically wear so against my better judgement I let the salesman talk me into a pair of Irish setters... Worse boots made, didn't wear them two weeks and my feet paid the price. This year I decided to swing in and see if I they could change my opinion, bought the 9" loggers like i wanted, got them home and they don't even have soles inside the boot! Is this place selling the redwing rejects or is the staff that incompetent. Either way I wouldn't piss on this place if the building was on fire"
