"This happened today 11/30/23. I didn't buy anything but as soon as I went in I was greeted by a man who was very pleasant. As I looked around at shoes and heard a female worker complaining about something and very loudly dropped the F bomb. Her co-workers (3 others), who noticed I was with my 2 year old and that there were other customers looking at her, gently and comically reminded her that that wasn't using " customer friendly language. " she grumbled something and then stated J**** Christ I feel like I'm working with children!" Then I chose to leave the store. I'm not saying that people can't have fun or be silly at work but have the decency to know that you're still actually working."

"Had a great shopping experience today, I needed help with an exchange and Roland was able to assist me. He was well mannered, professional, kind when helping me. He knew what he was doing and managed well what I was asking for. I believe he is a great asset to this company."

"I went on ocrober 113th. They told me they don't sell men's size 7 but the last time I went they were out of that size for a shoe I wanted so they offered me a different men's 7 similar shoe. When I said okay that's fine the employee finished it off by saying you should just shop in the kids section it'll be cheaper anyways. So I feel lied to and insulted. THANKS JD'S"

"If I could give this store a negative star I would! We had an associate ask us what size we needed told them..no shoe.. another associate ask… still no shoe…first guy ask again and go back.. still no shoe. Stood in line for 15min waiting for a size 10 shoe THEY MISSED PLACED! Where they do that at??? Ya need to get it together Bc this store is trash! We go to footlocker a few stores down and see multiple ppl there that was at JD trying to get shoes why?? Bc JD has the worst service all around! They need a knowledgeable manager and associates!"

"I ordered off Finish Line website and “UNFORTUNATELY” this store was responsible for mailing me my online order. They sent me “one shoe” in the box. They didn’t even have the decency to check to make sure both shoes were in the box before sending them out. Just lazy! Then when I called them to see if they could send the other shoe, they tried to say I had the wrong store. Lies! Finish Line customer service confirmed twice that it was “this store” #1181 that mailed me the one shoe. Now I have to be inconvenienced and send back through UPS. Just a mess."
