"Im being nice giving 2 stars. Tried to make a return and got 0 help! Was told no one would be able to help me or find my order number. I called the help desk and got my order number in less than 1 min. The staff is not very professional or worried about their customers. I will NOT Be coming back."

"This one star review is for the company overall. They sent me a "Special Grand Opening" $10 off coupon. When shopping at the store, I checked with the manager and he said the coupon was still good and that I had over $50 worth of non-excluded merchandise. I get to the check-out counter and the coupon doesn't work. The manager and staff here tried to help me, but after 15 minutes of waiting, I just left without buying anything. Why do they make it so difficult for people to use a simple coupon? Customers don't care about the experience of a remodeled store, if they're going to get frustrated and waste time (and gas) going there and deal with rediculous restrictions on using a $10 coupon. I tried to buy local this time, but no luck."
