She doesn't acknowledge customers, was on her personal cell phone having a conversation while I was waiting to be acknowledged, and had a bad attitude. On the flip side, the gentleman who assisted me with my tire emergency was pleasant, patient, very thorough in explaining to me what the issue was with the tire, and promptly applied my spare."

"This place is horrible. The savings aren't worth the headaches. I showed up here after calling and planning for over a week. I clearly explained I was having my car towed and needed the tires. When I arrived I was told everything was good. I got a phone call after I paid and left the store that the tires were the wrong size. Although they GUIDED me through the online ordering they told me it was MY MISTAKE and I would need to pay additional money to get the right size tires. I REGRET THIS PURCHASE. I had to drive back and forth RUINED my entire day."
