"Place is filthy, employees walking around ignoring the front. One older lady actually walked up, saw the line going out of their checkout wrap and spilling into the main aisles, then walked away. She came back 10 minutes later to open a second line. That's right, with 20+people in line, 3 days until christmas at 8pm at night, just 1 register open. No sorry for the wait or anything, just terrible attitude. I was in like for over 25 minutes to buy a gift for a child on our workplace donation tree that just wanted a paint set. Avoid this location at all costs. They don't value you at all."

"Came to this location for a meet and greet with a sew sister that lives outside of MD. It was so good to meet up with my sew sisters of the DMV. This location is a lot nicer and has way more choices of fabric and arts/crafts. I love the design factor here and wish the others stores closer to me would get a nice makeover. I would travel here but I don't care to drive such a long way for fabric if I don't have to. I definitely like how bright and how things were somewhat in order. The meeting area was open and we had plenty of seats to sit and talk about sewing."
