"This is a fine place to head to for craft/art project supplies. They have a good variety of items. Sometimes it hit or miss, or a price is a little out of my budget, but other than that it's perfect. It's really the only local craft store in Hanover that I know of. They also have an app with coupon, which I do use as much as I can!They also seem to always be running some kind of deal or discount on some items. The staff have always been friendly and helpful if you need. It's definitely a great place to go."

"Very nice experience. The people were friendly, kind, congenial and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot. They have a variety of Yarns and sewing supplies and fabrics just about anything you could think of and if they don't have it in the store you can order it online and do a curbside pickup or have it shipped to your house. They also have discount coupons. Handicapped accessible to. They have a manual wheelchair with a basket on the front that you can use just call ahead and I'll put it between the doors for you. I'm a fairly large lady and I fit in it fine."

"Usually had really great customer service. Went in one time to ask advice for a project, while the older individual I had asked had great experience and knowledge on the topic an gave me valuable advice on the topic, the tone of voice and attitude of said individual was not friendly and almost felt as though I was being scolded for having out of the box ideas and felt put down for my inferior years of experience. I had asked a younger employee for similar advice and they were very supportive, kind and knowledgeable on the subject."
