"Christmas shopping time for the loved ones in a jewelry store is hectic! But lucky me I stopped in at Kay jewelers in Hanover. My favorite jewelry store in the region. They have amazing excellent staff! Even with it being so crowded when I walked in, I was helped within 2 minutes. They truly do put a second opinion into what you are looking for. Experienced staff is clear message here. So anybody that wants to shop for jewelry, please shop at Kay in Hanover!!!!!! Thank you Kay!!!!!"

"Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes while the employee cleaned 15+ pieces of jewelry for someone and didn't even ask me what I needed. After the 30 minutes I told the employee that I was just picking something up. She proceeded to clean the jewelry. I asked what time they were open tomorrow because I had someone waiting on the car. They could have easily walked away for 2 minutes to grab my order. I will be picking my order up and going elsewhere from now on to purchase jewelry."
