"This is place is ridiculous let’s start off by The manager, Amy being rude . Nothing will be done about it but still will put this up there . In the way into the store a lady was coming out and the alarm system kept beeping because A security tag was not removed off one of her clothing. The lady stood there waiting awhile for someone to come help her no one came she had to walk all the way back up to the registers . I continued my shopping and just when myself and sister were about to leave and family of a man his wife and their son were about to walk out there bags started to go off and no one one coming to help . They were standing there a good 7 mins I went over to them and told them they problem forgot a tag . They did not speak English but knew I was helping them now problem 10 mins later here comes Amy the manger and I was already helping them and my sister said this is happening a lot and Amy, the manager comes over and says it’s going off because someone’s stole making these people low and embarrassed because of there people mess up not taking the all the security tags off the clothing. Meanwhile, I stated again that this happens a lot and she acted like it different so when she finally find the security tag in the pocket. What do you know? Another lady comes in from outside with a bag and says that there was security tags left on her items . So just a heads up people check your stuff before u leave that store . Cause they will make you feel like it’s your fault . I reinsure the people outside that it’s OK don’t worry about how she acted and to have a good Christmas. Will definitely be letting in corporate know about this, too especially around a holiday."
