"We first tried this location after my wife had gotten a flat tire. She worked with Donnie and complimented the wonderful service he provided. He answered all the questions patiently and gave helpful advice. Unfortunately, she got another flat tire a couple weeks later and she was served by Donnie again. Anecdotally, service quality were consistent over time and professional. I subsequently took my car to NTB as the check engine light was on. I met Douglas "Doug" who is the new service manager there since 7/2023. Before taking my car to NTB, I went over to AAA and another third party garage explaining things I found so far on the car, AAA said before looking at the car, they need to charge diagnostic labor fee ~$170 an hour. The third party garage was just horrible as well. My wife reminded me of the wonderful service she got with NTB, so I figure to give it a try. They pulled my car in the garage and ran the engine code and basic diagnostic for FREE and cleared the engine code for me. I like to learn about how to take better care of my car, and I like to ask questions to understand more about my car. Doug was very patient with me and explained everything with clarity. Due to work schedule issues, I had to bring my car back on a busy Saturday without making an early appointment. They told me to drop the car off and the car was ready in the afternoon as they promised. It was clearly a very busy day for them on the weekend, so services have room for improvement (staff hardly had time to eat). Despite all that, I still felt 90% of my concerns were addressed. I can always come back on a less busy day to get the rest of my concern answered. It turns out Doug was right! Spark plugs needed replacement and they helped me run the car after replacement to make sure the issue has resolved. Overall, an absolute gem, it seems like in particular, Donnie and Doug have been awesome. These gentleman deserve some recognition (and a raise). Would definitely come back again."

"A special Thank you to Hakeem & Donnie for being so awesome! We arrived to Rockville from out of state in need of a tire plug. Despite being close to closing on the eve of a holiday they welcomed us with warmth & as valued customers. They explained in detail and with confidence that it could be fixed right away, which is exactly what they did! They took a stressful situation and turned it into a WONDERFUL experience. They both went ABOVE & BEYOND to provide thorough and outstanding repair work AND excellent customer service. Kudos guys, keep doing what you are doing! "Got a flat replaced, took a bit longer than I wanted (1hr15min or so), but I was in no rush so no biggie. Decent prices and the person at the front was pretty thorough in explaining things to me. There was not much upselling aside from an alignment recommendation but he didn't push on it. Will probably come back again if I get another flat."

"This is an awful location. I walked in for an appointment and couldn’t even be greeted with an hello by the guy behind the counter, whose name I think is Billy. He looked me in my face and instead of at least saying, “I will be right with you,” I got a cold “what can I do for you?” after he finished doing what he was doing. They quote you one price over the phone, then charge you another price when you arrive. I was told a battery replacement would be around $150. Instead it ended up being $220. The waiting area and bathroom is disgusting! I wouldn’t send my dog in that bathroom. It’s so hard to find good customer service today. I wish they would bring back businesses who actually cared about the needs of the customer instead of treating them like they are there for favors. I would not recommend this place. I don’t know how they received all these high ratings but it’s definitely not deserving."
