"I would be leaving zero stars but that is not an option. I wanted to give business to a local floral shop in the area of New Cumberland, PA rather than using some big name floral shop like 800flowers. However, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a bouquet that was $60.00 and then with additional service fees came to $80.00 total. This really was not the issue, the issue is with what was delivered........compared to what was ordered from the website. Honestly, this looks nothing like what I ordered. I reached out to the floral shop to see what could be dine and was informed to send an email with the image. So I did, and then got a response back stating that "Terrys Florist determined that this order is filled to value based on our substitution policy. In our substitution policy, it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability." I'm so disappointed and feel like I was just taken advantage of the the bouquet that was ordered does not look like an $80.00 bouquet! The first image is what I ordered and second image is what was delivered. Bottom Line DO NOT order here and the customer experience was very disappointing!"
