"I got a flat tire about 6 miles away from an important meeting. I inched my way through the city, across North Avenue, and up Belair Road, praying to find a gas station with an air machine! Of course, there were no gas stations in sight. I was anxious and kept driving when I saw SA Best Tire to my right! I pulled up and asked the gentleman at the door if I could get air in my tire. John came around and told me to pull in! He said he would not charge for air, but that my tire was likely to go flat very fast. I explained I just had a few miles to go and had to get to a meeting on time. He showed me on the tire the crease I had made from riding flat, which would make the tire more likely to pop. He shared he could plug the tire quickly, but as we put air in the tire it was obvious that the hole in the tire was too huge to plug. John was able to replace my tire at a great price and super fast! SA Best Tire takes credit cards, which was great because I had no cash on me! The crew was friendly and helpful.
