"Denise was extremely rude, rushed my Wife’s group (her best friend was trying on wedding dresses), and overall made for a terrible experience for the Bride and her friends/family. Their group stated multiple times about a specific price range, and that was constantly ignored. The wedding experience is one that should be filled with a pleasurable customer service experience, not stressfulness and ”annoyed” service. We do not recommend this dress/Bridal shop to anyone. After seeing how the owner responds to other reviews, I’m certain they will come to this one with some sort of “explanation” but the truth is that this is a customer serviced based business and they were very well below par today."

"The person working with us was inexperienced and rude during our whole session. When it was time to pay for our purchase we all noticed the sign on the counter about tipping. While the mother of the bride was writing out a check for her purchases the employee mentioned their tipping policy three times. Then she didn't even know how to process the payment."

"I had heard mixed reviews of this salon. Being plus size I was wary that some stores wouldn’t have dresses for me to try on. I visited BE on two occasions, both times were amazing experiences. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and nice. I found the perfect dress for that felt like it was made for me! Katy was my consultant and I loved working with her! She was positive the whole time, fun and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend them to any bride plus size or not!"
