"I very much liked the nurse practitioner Reina and the doctors, especially Dr Tran. However, office administration (like answering phones and responding to emails) is badly lacking. When I asked for help getting a detailed receipt for Emsella for my insurance company, they were very resistant, which I found unsettling. My insurance company had to call them. The doctor eventually had to get involved. Front desk also refused to give me the name of the practice administrator to help me, which I found really odd. Doctor assures me she will deal with the these issues. I hope she can turn things around at the desk — seems other reviewers have had issues with administrative stuff there. It doesn’t reflect well on the medical team there."

"Excellent. Dr Sikka is skilled, compassionate, and creative in her care. Also personalized treatment. Loyal patient for over about 10 years now. My issues were mostly concerning chronic utis. Have not had any for almost two years now. She is also collaborative, working with my team of docs, especially an infectious disease who she recommend. Two excellent PAs and nurse practitioners make appointments t Wants easier to get!"
