Having a c-section is such a major surgery and just from one visit, I selected her to be my surgeon. I knew that she was equipped to perform the procedure and I felt safe with her. My procedure was very difficult due to extreme scar tissue which made it hard to get to baby...She remained calm the entire procedure. Her bedside manner is second to NONE! "She just rocks. I was a terrified emergent c-section, not a patient of her practice, and she did a truly fantastic job while also being caring and sensitive to my relative panic. My scar is perfectly straight low transverse (I have legit gotten complements from every CNM or doc that has seen it), which she assured me would give me a better chance of VBAC for later births, and barely visible a year later. She was really great about taking her time to talk me through concerns re: future pregnancies at my post-partum appointment and took an extra 10ish minutes to work off the surgery glue with some alcohol and tweezers that was being stubborn since I told her I was sort of scared to mess with it. The practice was also really good since I went there post-partum; liked the nurses and the front office staff."
