"I have been a loyal customer of Lindquist and Erie for many years. Unfortunately I had to make a claim for flooding caused by a busted pipe in my new home. While I understand a claim will affect rates, I was hit with a whopping 49% increase in my yearly rate. While I don't blame Lindquist for the increase, I am upset that Lindquist has been unresponsive to my request to review my various policies to see if there are ways to mitigate the increase. Sadly, the customer service that has kept me as a customer for so many years has substantially slipped."
