I’m very happy with the service she has provided me all these years. She’s always caring and makes me feel very comfortable every time I visit her while making sure my health issues are taken care of as soon as possible. I highly recommend her because it is very hard to find a doctor that is as knowledgeable and as caring as she is. In addition to the professionalism and excellence in care Dr. Morales offers, the office is located conveniently at the Holy Cross Hospital where all her patients can easily park at the assigned parking lot which is clearly labeled as “physicians office parking lot” or something like that. Every parking space is labeled so that there will be no mistake and on top of that, patients can get their parking ticket validated before leaving the OBYN office so that the parking is free. "My wife was very excited to work with a Spanish speaking ob. Took 4 weeks to get an appointment. Our appointment was for 10:30am. Their office is located in Holy Cross and the parking was confusing. We got to the appointment at 10:39am. The secretary said we were late and our appointment was cancelled. We could reschedule for 6 weeks later when she was available. I explained difficulty getting to the Dr office w the big location and parking/elevator trouble just finding the office. She said the appointment was cancelled and we could wait 6 weeks. I said my wife will be 18 weeks pregnant by then and it was difficult to get the day off to be at this appointment. Did not matter, she said 9 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled. I asked if in our future appointment if she is 9 minutes late to call us back, would she no longer bill the appointment? Secretary didn't respond. Anyways, we obviously have to go with a different ob now as we aren't willing to wait until 4 months into her pregnancy before she is seen. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and is the first time I've actually left a review on a business. I can't believe that 9 minutes late cancels our appointment, especially when the location is tricky to get to."
