"She did not explain to me the result of my ultrasound. She said its because I went to another state already. She called but in a non-professional manner and did not relay the results. She should have told me about my diagnosis and ultrasound results as soon as she got it because worse thing happened was I was brought to the emergency room because of my diagnosis that she should have told me a month before. I spent a lot of money because of that, I need to be absent at work and have to undergo surgery. It could be prevented if she communicate well enough of my ultrasound results as soon as she find out my diagnosis. Very bad service. Was very upset and disappointed."

"I wish I had a better support system and healthcare like I do now. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This lady was super rude. Just an example... when getting my first Doppler monitor done she said it was hard to hear the baby’s heartbeat under all my fat. Luckily my mother saved her from getting cursed out. Fast forward to Labor Day she pushed me off to a new partner to do my sons circumcision. She was equally rude and snatched the release papers away from me after I signed them. During the healing process for the circumcision I noticed there was still significant foreskin and shaped horribly. I had to bring my son to get cut again because of the terrible job that was done by this office. Bad circumcision can lead to more problems for a child leading to manhood. Such a terrible office. Even the staff was rude."
