"Dr. Sinha is the most kind, caring and attentive doctor I have ever had. She explains thouroughly her reasoning for any medical treatment she prescribes. Not only does she have an excellent bedside manner, but the nurses who work in her practice are just as good :). I posted this review 3 years ago and it is still true. The front desk new staff member with the eyebrow piercing is very kind and sweet. Even though I was running late for my appointment she took the time to check me in and even ask me about my day. I usually have Sumjana when I come in. She is wonderful as always and is by far my favorite clinical staff member at this practice. Dr.Sinha is genuinely one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! There is a reason why I’m still coming here after all these years. She thoroughly explains everything she does and is both efficient but never rushes through an appointment. Highly recommend."

"I didn’t want to leave a negative review because the doctor is really kind. However, I’ve had a couple of issues with this office that I think others might want to avoid. I have a copper IUD. I had an appointment wherein the doctor took an X-ray for something else and found out my IUD was out of place. This all fine, but the doctor didn’t tell me until my follow up appointment almost two months later, that the IUD was out of place, meaning that I was effectively unprotected for two months and didn’t know it. I understand how busy OBGYNs are, but I can’t understand them not telling me. Additionally, after switching over my birth control to pills, I’ve had several issues getting my bc prescription renewed with Women first. At times, they’ve said they’ve renewed it, only for the pharmacy to say they never sent it.Other times they wouldn’t renew because they wanted me to do a follow up appointment before they would renew. This has caused massive stress, and has put me at risk of pregnancy, despite my trying really hard to prevent it. It’s not all their fault and birth control is a big mess in this country. But I feel that they are a but forgetful or disorganized. If possible, I’d try a different doctor."

"Worst place I have ever been to. Did not treat me as thought they cared. I left before being seen because I started having a panic attack. Left crying and no one even looked my way as I left."

"Rude, impatient, and irritable front desk staff. Anytime I asked a question they gave unjustifiably defensive answers. It was my first visit on my own and I am a patient solely because my mother also attends this facility. Forget about being helpful during this first visit, I don't even think the front desk staff knew enough to be helpful in the first place! Charged me before my appointment which ended up not happening due to miscommunication and refused to refund....I am pretty scarred and will not be attending this practice ever again. Also, I never got my results from a hormone test from earlier this month...still waiting on that........."
