"Good doctor for information. But I give her a 1 star, because I went in for my yearly pap which I did not get since covid. She denied me the pap. This is what all Inova GYN doctors are doing. My insurance was willing to pay for it. I explained to her that i did have endometrial Cancer. And she just said NOPE. not doing it. This left me sad and desperate to find a doctor that would do my pap. This is the way i feel. If cancer cells glowed and jump out and said Hey i am here, then i can understand. But since cancer cannot be detected only under a microscope. These doctors in Inova and everywhere else are leaving women everywhere open to severely undetected cancer everywhere. Thank GOD for PLANNED PARENTHOOD I GOT MY PAP. This should be a choice for you and your insurance to discuss. The kicker to my story is that my insurance was willing to pay for my PAP. So, to all of you cancer patients keep knocking on doors . In my research i found that there are a great deal of DOCTORS that don't agree with this idea of denial. Like one doctor wrote we are just going to have a truck load of 60,70,80 year old women with caner everywhere. Along with the young women being told to get checked every 3 years. Good luck to the women looking to protect them selves. I pray for better women health care. Cause in the USA its going down hill. This is very unfortunate. For all women."

"Literally told my pregnant wife to lay off the cookies, along with horrible bedside manor in general anyone that is pregnant run away from this office. Doom and gloom and worst case scenario for every appointment my wife has been crying. My wife will never go back to inova for any care ever again."

"The worst office staff I have had to deal with; so disrespectful and rude . I had to call them back several times to be told I had to come back in to take a test because it was insufficient. This practice takes advantage of you and your money. I highly recommend everyone to think again."

"Dr. Kim Freeman is phenomenal -- knowledgeable, proactive, current, genuine, and efficient. There was a lot of turnover in the previous OB/GYN office I went to, which made me uncomfortable. I felt like a generic patient with subpar care. I selected Dr. Freeman after a lot of online research and phone calls. She exceeded my expectations! Her nurse who saw me first put me at ease with her genuine kindness and asked great questions based on the paperwork I completed. Next, Dr. Freeman came in and spent reasonable time reviewing my health history, she posed questions no one had ever asked me before, truly listened to my answers, and offered valuable insight. In addition, she immediately ordered blood tests to verify areas of concern. She followed up about the results in a timely manner with informative notes that I could understand. (At my former OB/GYN office they sent test results without any explanation what the data meant in relation to my health.) Dr. Freeman is a keeper!"
