"Last year, when my OB-GYN retired, I decided to talk to three doctors in order to decide which to go with. One was Dr. Pardo. Surprise! I could not just talk to her, but had to furnish all my information as if I had already chosen her as my doctor. Laboriously, I filled out the many forms in the waiting room and then, I waited some more. Finally, I was taken into an examining room, instead of into her office. This was completely confusing, nor was it explained. Then the exact same questions (I’d already been asked on the forms) were asked again by this very impersonal and unfriendly nurse. Then prep was done, like weight and blood pressure. I typically have low blood pressure, but was so angry, I could feel my heart hammering and steam coming out of my ears. More waiting! Finally I was taken to her office. Where she lectured me about women and high blood pressure! Obviously, I did not choose this doctor."
