"I was hospitalized there for two weeks. Great staff and I received excellent medical care after admittance. I was also pleased with the housekeeping staff. I’d have rated FranklinSquare as high as 5 stars but I’m on a gluten-free diet and my family supplied most of my meals. This was because the hospital outsourced patient meals and their vendor did not support gluten-free foods. Poor oversight by someone."

I came in with chest pain at 5pm they literally took me back to a waiting room for a ekg then a waiting room for a chest xray then another waiting room for my blood to be drawn then back to the main waiting room only to wait another few hours before I became so frustrated I asked for my IV to be removed. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN its unfit and unorganized!!!"
