"This lady is running this business like a factory. The staff are all like robots. There’s no affection, no empathy, no nothing. The staff or the doctor will not update you on any of your health information during scheduled visits if it doesn’t show anything concerning which I found that to be weird because I wanna know everything without having to ask. I’ve also had staff telling me their drama that was unfolding in office which I found to be very unprofessional because I’m a patient and should not know any of the drama in there with the doctor and staff. FYI: In her welcome packet to the office it does not state there’s a $25 fee to have your information forwarded out of office if you decide to change physicians. The lack of communication was enough for me."

"I transferred care to doctor Oliver during my third pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage. Her bed side manner is amazing and she genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve since gotten my IUD inserted with her and she’s been apart of my routine GYN exams since then. I have no complaints! Yes, the wait times are a little lengthy but I believe that is the norm for most doctors who are considered experts and come highly referred."

"I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I love Dr.Oliver and some of the staff , my only issue is the new receptionist didn’t really catch her name but she was very short with me and seem as if she had an attitude again I’ve been coming to the practice for 10 years and this is my second experience with a unruly employee, not to mention I ask if my test result came back she responded “well did you look on the labcorp portal” I respectfully explained to her what I seen on the portal and why I called she seem very annoyed as if she didn’t wanna do her job this is another run in with her I feel like she has a smart mouth and very short so I have no other choice but to leave a review Update 12/4 I called the office and ask the receptionist to leave a message for the Dr to give me a call regarding my blood work she responded that their has been a note put in and my medication was sent to my pharmacy I’ve been told this last week already so I repeated I know that but she did blood work for something else and I would like to discuss it the receptionist proceed to say well you have to make an appt to discuss your blood work. Being a patient for over 10 years I have never heard of such. I got blood work for a serious matter and clearly it is taken lightly and the stuff is completely rude TRINA is the receptionist I was speaking with! Dr. Oliver has been great over the years but the practice has falling I am upset that I will be finding a new OBGYN for such lack of care and disrespect I have been receiving from this practice."

"I had a terrible experience with this office. Making the appointment was ok and check in was ok and everything went downhill from there. After being led to the patient room, I waited TWO HOURS to be seen by the doctor. I had to leave my room and find a nurse to see what was going on. I desperately needed this appointment so walking out wasn’t an option. The nurse said she would check and see what the hold up was. The nurse comes back and says the doctor forgot about me and had just skipped over me!!!! When I finally saw the doctor, she spent maybe 10min tops with me. The major issue I was having was never addressed. The worst part is that this office has a policy of not notifying patients of their results unless something is wrong. This is my first time ever not having access to results. How would we even know that the tests were actually done? How can I show my other doctors for continuation of care? I will never go back here. I made an appointment with another doctor in the parking lot. Do not ignore the reviews."

"When I initially starting going to this office it was very professional and clean. Dr Oliver was very nice and knowledgeable. I’m not sure what has changed with her staff or office but it’s horrible! I’ve been waiting for procedure follow up for 2 weeks now and not only have I not spoken with Dr Oliver but I’ve been getting brushed off as well. I’ve called the office and left several messages with no call back. I’ve been told several times that Dr Oliver would call me back but still have not spoken with her. As much as I really wanted to continue to go to this office I definitely will not be. When dealing with health related issues I would rather have professionalism, customer service, and patient compassion along with knowledge. Highly disappointed!!!"
