"Please don’t waste your time…or money here. The front desk staff is rude and talks about other staff and patients in front of the whole waiting room. I’ve had some fertility issues and I have only seen the same doctor one time. No explanations, suggestions, recommendations, or advice. It’s been “come back in one week” time after time. I don’t receive calls when labs result that are concerning. Our babies and bodies deserve the best care and this practice doesn’t deliver."

"I am so happy I chose Hoffman and associates and Mercy for the delivery of my first baby. I am planning to stay here and use them as my regular GYN now that my baby girl is here. They always fit you in and I am treated so well there. The front desk staff is always so friendly and it feels like they actually care to get to know you. I absolutely love Dr. Anderson- Tull and Dr. Wade-Vuturo. I saw them both the most during my pregnancy and they made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I was so happy when Dr. Anderson-Tull was at Mercy when I delivered last week. Her bedside manner is like no other. She’s so kind, sweet, and reassuring. I felt like she was my best friend in the delivery room. My husband loved her as well. Beyond thankful I had this wonderful experience for my first child. I can’t recommend this office enough. I did meet with all the other doctors during my pregnancy as well. I have great things to say about them all but my post is long enough! :) Choose this office !!!"

"The posted stars are ONLY for Dr. Tull because she is the only provider that actually makes coming to this practice a decent experience. If it was a review on just her, this review would be at least four stars. My experience with Hoffman's providers have never left me feeling heard, nurtured, or even cared for. You have all these providers who won't even smile at you or are so caught up on their high horse that they won't give you advice that aligns with the things you're saying because they want to hear themselves speak so badly. As for Hoffman, she has proven herself to be condescending, tone deaf, and flat out rude. She has made unnecessary opinionary comments about my past surgical procedures (non OB related), spoke to me like a toddler when I was simply (and politely) trying to get an explanation of a lab I had done like as if I've ever worked in the obstetric field, and barely explained another lab test to me in a three minute appointment I had with her. This UNECESSARY lab work was not properly explained nor were any potential alternatives. In the end, I was left with a bill that WAS NOT covered by my insurance and these are things that I wish I knew before agreeing to take on the lab work. Speaking about billing, not only will this practice not help you figure out what care is and isn't covered, but asking for the specific codes from the personnel in order to do the legwork yourself is like pulling teeth and also elicited rude responses. I wish the front desk understood that the bulk of their patients do not work in the obstetric field, and if there'a lot of questions being asked about codes, it's because NO ONE WANTS TO BE LEFT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT DUE TO YOUR LACK OF HELP. En fin, I probably wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy. The fact that I've had to consider finding another hospital to go to or delivering any of my babies at home in case Dr. Hoffman is the provider on call the day I deliver has made this the least recommendable establishment. I don't trust her and I wholeheartedly believe she does not care enough to make the best decision for me and my babies. I will be posting this on all Google results related to this practice, so sorry if you see my comment several times. I just need yall to understand what you risk getting into, especially as a woman of color."

"Really hate to leave a bad review but I have an iud appointment and waited for well over one hour! The disregard for patient’s time is baffling. Then during the procedure the night did not work and caused me lots of distress and unnecessary pain."
