"The front desk is great and Dr. Cesaire has great bedside manner. I had been going to her for years but unfortunately had to stop when I realized she was not well versed in endometriosis. I got to the point I was having pain everyday and more pain with bowel movements. The gastro doctor already cleared me after doing an endoscopy and told me to look at a gyno. When I went to Dr. Cesaire she told me that she didn't believe I have endometriosis because people who have it don't have pain in between cycles but she is still willing to fo the laparoscopy surgery. Why in the world would a doctor perform surgery for something they don't think you have?? Plus the research proves her wrong. I went to a pre-surgery appointment and felt she was not qualified to perform surgery on me. Fast forward I went to a specialist, had the surgery and was diagnosed with endometriosis stage 3. She would not have been qualified to remove it from my intestines, appendix, and ovaries. Go to her for pregnancy but please go to a specialist for other gynecological cases beware."

"Dr. Cesaire is the best gyn I've ever had. This lady saved my life. I will always love her. She is the best. I have been with this lady I know for over 20 years. I just LOVE her. I've never had no problem with front desk. Everyone has been wonderful....."

"I love her!!! She makes me feel comfortable and is never patronizing. All my anxiety n fears go away as soon as she comes in smiling. She treats me like we have been friends for a lifetime but I have only been seeing her since 2012 when I was pregnant with my daughter. She is a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and families. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions, but she also asks all the important questions that I may have forgot to ask. The worst thing I could say is whoever did the scheduling before was terrible. I never had a problem when I was pregnant but afterwards it seemed like every scheduled visit was the wrong time, date, or was cancelled and I was never notified of any changes.However I just went for a visit about two weeks ago n everything ran smooth. Not sure what changes were made to the front office staff but thanks."

"Absolutely deplorable communication between doctor / patient / front office. They NEVER answer their phones, even during the normal business hours stated in their message. The insurance company couldn't get through to them to communicate prior authorization because of them not answering their phones, then the doctor's office called us and told us our already emergent procedure may need to be postponed because they haven't received approval! ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES! And forget about Dr. Cesaire responding through the "Patient Portal." I'm not even sure she knows what it is. I've had better service at a McDonald's than at this office. This made our already awful experience of miscarriage even more unbearable. My wife has been a patient here for over 10 years, and because of this experience she will be finding a new GYN AND steering others away from this provider. Only giving it 1 star because you can't give it 0."
