"The doctors have been great, but I can never get anyone on the phone when I need them. It’s extremely frustrating to try to schedule or change an appointment or get birth control refilled. Their office makes your pharmacy fax them a request and I guess whoever’s on call fills it, or if you’re like me they won’t fill it because they don’t recognize the doctor. It’s very frustrating and they really should look into this issue. Bottom line: patient care is stellar, getting an appointment or needing an emergency visit, not so much."

"My doctor gave me a referral here last week before I let her know that I already had a bad experience here so she referred me somewhere else. Now this clinic calls me all the time to make an appt. Because of this, I realize that I put my review in the wrong place (under the specific doctors name and not the clinic itself.) So here's my review from 8 months ago for the clinic: Don’t waste your time! I made an appointment months out and was told to show up early to fill out paperwork at 9:30 for my 10am appointment. I show up at 9:30 like I was told to, wait 15 minutes for the person ahead of me to get finished checking in and then get turned away. Apparently, I was called yesterday (the day before my appointment) to come at 9:15 instead if I didn’t receive something in the mail. I was told to reschedule because of their mistakes. I will not be returning. Such a waste of time."

"I have no complaints about the medical care side, and I particularly like Dr. Contois. I've been very lucky in that I'm having a healthy pregnancy, thus far, so my visits are all routine without any special issues. My main complaint is that this office simply does not answer their phone. It does not matter what day or time you call, you are likely to wait over 15 minutes to speak to a human, before just giving up altogether. This affects the entire experience of being a patient there, whether it involves making or changing an appointment, having an insurance question, etc.t I'm really hoping that they look at these reviews and transform their communication services, from phone calls to expanded ability to set/change appointments or contact billing in the portal. Trying to get work forms completed is also a hassle. They don't accept credit card and you have to bring exact change cash. They will not send the forms until they have the cash- they will not bill you.. Once you pass reception, the visit is fine, but the coordination of care aspects are miserable and time-consuming."

"Wait times to get thru on the phone are extremely long. Personnel are not friendly, seem drained and don’t care about your reason for the call. Nurses DO NOT return call even if you call over and over until they close. I have thrush along with my newborn. Called the Foundry Row location at 845AM when they opened. Left a message. Called back twice again throughout the day letting them know it was an emergency and very important I be seen or get medicine and still not call. Looking to speak to higher management about this because if my baby got any worse this would be a bigger issue. Terrible"

"Horrible!! Avoid these doctors. Their administrators (Betty) are so rude and it is impossible to get an appointment. In addition, they missed an infection and caused of weeks of pain and discomfort and permanent scarring (because we could not get another followup appointment in less than 3 1/2 weeks!! despite having already been there for an examination!!). The Sinai facility is filthy."
