"I have not been to the store, but I can vouch for the quality of the products. All of the products are individually hand-painted by owner, who is truly an artist at his craft. I have bought from Rezgar both online and at a craft fair where I was fortunate enough to see him doing live painting."
"I originally purchased a beautiful jar with lid from Manna Pottery, I was so intricate and beautifully painted, I purchased a Christmas ornament for my cousin who has the world's most elegant Christmas tree each year. It will rightfully take its home on her tree. Gorgeous."
"Rezgar has a beautiful spirit which is reflected in the pottery he makes. The canisters, and plate I purchased for me are stunning. I gifted cups to my friends, and they love them."
"We were delighted and fortunate to cross paths with Rezgar Mamandi at an arts festival in Rochester, NY. We are not frequent collectors of art or big spenders. However, we were so taken with the beauty of his detailed, hand painted ceramic tiles, that we were drawn in to learn more. Rezgar patiently spent a significant amount of time with us on the history of Mannea in eastern Kurdistan. We gained a deeper appreciation of the meaning behind the art as well as the skill, effort, and love that go into its creation. We now proudly display 3 tiles above our fireplace as we ponder and pray for peace and understanding throughout the world. Chris and Christy Adams, Webster, N.Y."
"I first encountered Manna Pottery at the Bethesda Art Fair. I rarely buy things at art fairs immediately and took a business card home with me to think about which of the many lovely pieces I might like for my home. I ordered a large plate to hang in my living room. It is distinctive but harmonizes beautifully with pieces I own from Iran and Turkey. It was a pleasure to deal with Rezgar. Unfortunately, the Post Office managed to break the plate I ordered in transit, but Rezgar replaced it promptly with another beautiful plate. I highly recommend this shop -- the work is beautiful and the artist is honest and very conscientious (not to mention talented!)."
