I was a little skeptical at first but after the program was explained in detail via Steve and my negotiator I felt so reassured and confident in my decision for help! This is a program and like many programs it takes time to work. After enrolling and completing a 6 month program I can confidently say this program has saved my business."

"This company does not do what they are legally required to do. They are legally required, by law, to immediately contact your creditors and establish a Power of Attorney relationship, to cease any legal action. After speaking with the lender, I found out that MCA never contacted them once. MCA left me a voicemail saying a preliminary offer had been sent, but my lawyer confirmed with the creditor that no contact was made whatsoever. As a result, I incurred additional default, legal, and late fees, which I am pursuing in court due to negligence of their legal obligations. On top of this, the company essentially stole $2,000 from me, and says I owe them even more. For what? They didn't do anything at all. Lawsuit is being filed early next week to recoup every penny I put in, plus to cover the additional costs incurred due to their negligence. I will be filing a complaint with the state licensing board as well. I have documented proof that they told me an offer was being negotiated, including voicemails from their own team, while I can prove that the lender was never contacted. This is called "fraud". I will say that by switching to another company, all of my issues were basically addressed and fixed within a matter of hours. Don't let MCA Debt Advisors lie to you. They don't do ANYTHING."

"This is a SCAM!!!! They will tell you that they work with the loan company all the time and they will take care of your debt meanwhile they call theirselves negotiating while taking your money at the same time . We gave them 2k and the loan company we were in debt with (Bitty Advance) let us know clearly that they don’t deal with them and we’re not planning on dealing with them and that whatever negotiations they told us they could do for us we can do ourselves. Don’t trust this place. They took our money and can’t tell us what they did with it. We are a small business and we trusted them to take care of it. They did not say that it would take months on months of negotiation, they said they work with them all the time and that it would be taken care of soon as they speak with them which was not the case. After you give them money they feed you a bunch of lies that their negotiating or don’t have any communication with the lender just so you can give them all your money and nothing be done. We gave them 2k and the lenders still reported us to collections. We could have kept that money and dealt strictly through them. We got a lawyer and now our payments with the lender is better then the deal we were paying this company.Scam and waste of time and money."

"I should have trusted other advisors when they advised MCA was a rip off. I figured they were trying to gain my business by speaking negatively about another company, but I see now MCA Debt Advisors is a complete rip off. I paid over $7K into my "program" over the course of a year. Towards the end of the year, the company I loaned money from settled with only the price of the debt borrowed. MCA now advises we need another bi-weekly plan to have around $750.. My question was what happened to the $7K I have already paid into the program? I asked SEVERAL times for a breakdown of where the $7k have been applied over the course of months and still have not received. The company ended up selling the debt to a collection agency... At this point I decided to work with the company directly and to have the money held in escrow refunded. The refund... $29 and some change. Both companies (original debtor and collection agency) are willing to work with me in providing me with all the contact they had with MCA to help my case so I can recoup the funds owed and pay towards my actual debt."

"Do not do business with MCA Debt Advisors. Allison and Marcus did nothing but drag things out and lie. It was a horrible experience working with them. Trust me stay away!!!!!! The response fro m this company is nothing but lies which is all they did the entire time I worked with them. They never did a welcome call nor tried to reach me by phone. Instead they supposedly emailed me to tell me details of the process, which I never received because they wrote down my email incorrectly. They did nothing but make things worse. I actually contacted the creditor myself and had it resolved in 2 days. Stay away from these people. They will cost you time, money and all they will do is lie."
