"I called to see if they could do my $20 state filings that I had issues with. The lady on the phone was quick, pushy, and just kept saying email us. She didn't want to hear anything about my one state filing. They had me send an email with my cell phone number in it. Then sent a follow up about how they cant help me. This was without seeing any documents or knowing my financial picture. (They didn't ask for any info) Quite frustrating to not even discuss what I needed done. Even to figure out a time to schedule on the future would have been great. I'm sure it was something simple to fix but definitely won't be going to this tax service."

"Very disappointed! Our appointment was set. Went to speak with one of their accountants, and after waiting 5 mins I was pawned off to their HR guy who told me he does payroll. Then after explaining my situation, I was told someone would call me back within the hour. No returned call. Maybe they are good accountants. Luckily, there are many good accountants around. Their customer service was awful. My first impression was disappointment. I felt rushed, and I certainly felt like they looked at me like "we don't need your business." I will look elsewhere, and I suggest others do as well."
