"Most times in life, you get what you pay for. They will find every tax break possible and get the highest return. May seem pricy up front but you will not be disappointed. Overall service and process was a breeze. I made a drop off appointment, dropped off my tax documents and everything else was done through the app. My tax pro even called me to review everything including cost before completing my return. I'm still amazed at how much I was missing doing it on my own or even with my local CPA, who apparently was cheap for a reason..."

"Absolutely horrible experience. I originally called and explained to the man on the phone that I am 1099 and I would be writing off my work vehicle which I purchased specifically work. He told me it's fine, its very common for businesses to do this. Then when I got in ,the guy told me I would not be allowed to write off the whole vehicle because....reasons. So I explained to him yes I can under section 179. Finally someone in the office went on google and found out I was correct ( they are ostensibly tax experts? How do they not know this?) but they still refused to do this for me. To be sure, I went home and used turbo tax and as soon as I mentioned that I own two vehicles ( one for business and one for pleasure) a notification popped up saying I am eligible for 100 percent appreciation. As far as I can tell this is exceedingly common yet I was told that nobody has ever tried to do this. Do not go to these people if you have a 1099 or are a business owner. They do not know how to do taxes."

"My tax professional was fantastic. My only critique is that the service is very expensive. Next year my refund may not even cover the filing fee. However, I do feel my tax professional did everything in her power to get me the best refund available."
