"I would’ve gave them more stars because I don’t have a problem with this location and never did! But this year The woman who prepared my taxes was more than horrible!! I gave her a zero for customer service! She did not explain anything to me, she didn’t break down what I would be getting back, honestly she didn’t talk to me at all! The only thing she did ask was if all my information was still the same. I know I go every year and get my taxes done every year but even though I know the process my tax preparers have always explained everything to the T for me!! It would take me forever to write this review but the bottom line is please avoid going to Paula, thankfully I spoke to her supervisor who made me feel really comfortable are you going back and checking to make sure everything she inputted was correctly! Which wasn’t because the IRS adjusted my taxes! Obviously this wasn’t her first time getting complaints hopefully she will wising up before she loses her job"
