"Bought shoes online for my wife for Xmas. They didn’t quite fit right and within a week tried to return them unworn and in original packaging. They said no as it was a final sale item. It was my first time buying from Rothy’s and it could have stated somewhere that it was final sale and I missed it but they are expensive shoes and seems like poor practice. More of a just buyer beware to read the fine print"

"I walked Into the store today December 17th 2023 at 3:30 pm I drove all the way to the Rothy’s store with my family to buy a pair of shoes which I do every year for Christmas. The attendant didn’t let me speak or get my point across and he was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I told him it was ok I was not going to buy the shoes and he said OK. He was eating and cleaning his mouth so apparently I disrupted his meal time and at that point I was not a customer I was a problem to him. So sad and unprofessional I will Not come Back to the store."

"This location is fantastic and Caylor was a perfect sales associate! She never once rushed our visit (we were 5 very needy women) and literally got us every single shoe we needed as well as perfectly delegated tasks to others. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!"

"Service was fantastic. There was a wait, which sucks because you stand outside in a line, but once inside the clerks are super friendly and helpful. The shoes are so-so. They are very expensive and sort of make your feet look wide because they don’t hold any form. I grabbed two pairs and one definitely rubs in an odd spot on both feet."
