"Do not go to this place it’s a scam. I waited over a week for a bracelet to get resized in the same day I picked it up it fell off my arm with no contact. I took it back the very next day and Han told me I broke it. This bracelet meant a lot to me. I had this bracelet for three months wore it every day but the day I get it back from him it breaks? He wouldn’t even look at the bracelet to see what I was talking about. I was calm and was trying to reason with him in regards to what happened and what could be done to fix it. He completely embarrassed me in front of everyone shooing me away and wouldn’t even talk to me anymore. He told me he doesn’t care I broke it and he wasn’t going to fix it. I took time out of work to come because he opens so late in the day. I wouldn’t do business with this person ever again. If I broke the bracelet I would not have come back the very next day. I would’ve simply requested repair and paid no problem. I was willing to even pay half price of the repairs even though I didn’t feel like it was fair for me to pay it off. He is just a rude nasty individual who doesn’t deserve the business of good people."
