JBAB Child Development Center III

"Just withdrew my baby who was only there for a month for a variety of issues from baby items being left in the room while contractors sand and install new flooring, some staff letting your baby “cry it out”, as well as lack of communication between parents and staff. There were a few staff/teachers who were wonderful and were able to manage all the infants however they are constantly moving infants around from room to room. Gave 2/5 just because there were 3 amazing teachers and the older children 2+ seemed happy."

"We use hourly care at this facility. The facility is a little older than the other two at JBAB, but the staff is helpful and courteous, and as a CNIC CDC they all have extremely high standards for the staff."

"There’s only a few nice staff members that work here. The others can care less about your child. My twins have came home with a missing tooth, a black eye, pink eye at least once a month and their clothing is always “missing”, to include winter coats. Go to another cdc where the director holds the staff accountable."
