"The girl that works there is SO RUDE and absolutely horrible. The manager needs to fire her ASAP at the Pentagon city location. I have never written a review, but she was so extremely rude, and does not deserve to work at a jewelry store inside the mall. I would like to know why the owner has not fired her when she has so many bad reviews on here??? You are only losing more business. I thought the shop was cute to buy more stuff for my daughter but I will never set food inside after that horrible experience."

"Their vast collections of jewelry were all so beautiful and beautifully placed as well! Since it’s a small store, they only have one person to man the register, but they were super attentive to customer needs and gave out baskets when needed. As much as I love Claire’s, what Lovisa has kept in stock feels a lot more mature, better material, and caters to different styles of fashion. In addition, one thing I personally liked, me being a very petite and small person with very nimble/thin fingers, it’s always difficult to find the best ring size for you. At their store on the ring rack, they allow you to try things on while it’s ALSO labeled on a tag on the ring what size it is. WARNING: when it comes to the different tiaras or headwear, they don’t have many options, so if your looking for something for prom, I’d head to Claires"

"why stop here whee whenn literally every other jewelry store including claire’s is more friendly? the employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful. was huffing and clearly didn’t want to be there, which fine, you don’t have to smile or talk but you can’t just straight up ignore a customer asking you something when you’re the only person working there and the store is empty. stuff was mot well organized. jewelry is okay but i will never be back because the service was affirmatively terrible"
