"Forget about big name jewelry shops, this is the place to go! My fiancé and I came in for engagement ring shopping after having ok experiences at several other jewelers in the area. We had an 60 minute session with Nick and he gave us the best ring shopping experience ever! He explained the 4Cs in layman’s terms the best way, and what prices look like for each combo, and was honest about what human eye can and cannot see. And what to do to care for the ring. But more importantly, we received the most beautiful ring. It is of such high quality and worth the wait (8 weeks including the holidays)! Highly recommend"

"DO NOT GO HERE VERY SHADY! Had a really bad experience here looking for an engagement ring, I was set on a triple pave ring set and was quoted $11900 including $2500 for the setting I wanted ($1500 for a regular pave which I didn’t want). I come back after realizing how insanely marked up their stones were and I asked if I can purchase my own stone separately and if they can just provide the $2500 setting. The sales associate then says no problem we can get that done we can ship the stone here and have it done. She then talks to her “manager” and says the $2500 was actually for the regular pave not the triple and they realized the setting needed more diamonds than they thought and quoted me $5000 for something we already agreed the price on. The sales associate said she had notes from our last visit where she quoted me $2500 (untrue) and took out a notepad in a ziplock bag. When I asked to see the notes she wouldn’t take out the notepad and refused to show me a breakdown of the quote from the first visit..which lead me to walk out. I thought based on the reviews they wouldn’t attempt to take advantage of their customers but they turned out to be very SHADY! They’re running this jewelry store like a sleazy car dealership. Update: just went to a reputable jeweler in Tyson’s corner with a huge selection/display and the customer service was night and day. There the managers weren’t hiding behind closed offices and were available to work with me. Had the perfect ring picked out within 2 hours!"

"Paul is incredible! During our first appointment with him he educated my fiance and I about diamonds and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He gave us all the time we needed to look at settings and diamonds, and we always feel valued when we walk in the door. After getting my ring I couldn't have been happier. My fiance wanted us to get the diamond adjusted because it wasn't exactly centered (an oops that happens and is no big deal) and Paul had it cleaned and taken care of same day. My fiance had shopped around at other places in the DMV area, and nothing compares to here. Paul is truly wonderful and I can't sing his praises enough!"
