My fiancé and I went to so many different jewelry stores (big box and independent stores) when looking for an engagement ring and the other stores were always try to upsell us, they were pushy, or they weren’t helpful at all. I highly recommend working with Ahmad, he not only understood what we were looking for but he kept it real and let us know what was worth and not worth spending money on. He spent almost 2 hours going through the ins/outs of the process, even though we never agreed to buy a ring from them. I never felt once pressured to buy my wedding ring from here, we walked away to think about it and came back a few days later and ended up purchasing the ring. They were amazing from the beginning to the end of the process. Ahmad is an expert who really knows his stuff and he has a relaxed demeanor, which helped me as a customer feel comfortable. He listened to what we wanted and our ring was custom made and ready within a month. When I got the ring, I had to get it resized, and it was as super easy process.
