"My email to this business: "My husband and I are scheduled to attend your class tomorrow. I would like to know if we can reschedule our date? The timing is not good. We are celebrating our anniversary, however, my husband has Hodgkin's Lymphoma and he has noticeable swelling in both his ankles and another area. It's concerning to me (both of us, actually), and I will not feel comfortable with us driving an hour to get there and with him attending. Let me know if a reschedule is possible." Business owner's response: "I am sorry to hear of your husband's illness. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate your request. According to our policy, which you agreed to when you registered, there are no changes within seven days before the start of the class." My response: "I find it disingenuous to say 'sorry' about someone's illness, but in the same breath say "We're not going to accommodate you." 'Wear Ever Jewelry reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances', but if someone's spouse has cancer and their legs and ankles are too swollen to attend (an unforeseen circumstance) then that needs to be reported within 7 days prior? How does that work in the medical world? I did not know that swollen lymph nodes were on a scheduled basis. I am already distraught, but this is just heartless. I would close with 'Have a good day', but really, may you have the day, week and year you deserve." --------------------------------------- In sum, if your spouse has Cancer and you are unable to attend this class because of issues they are having, and ask if you can reschedule (not be refunded), count this one as a loss, because the Owner does not care."

"We took the couple’s ring making class this weekend and had a great time! They had a good ratio of teachers to students and that helped make the class flow well. We were assisted every step of the way with clear instructions. We got to pick from about 6 options of texture for the ring. Would recommend 10/10. I think the only things that could be improved is having more texture options for the rings and a smaller width option for the rings but other than that, great experience!"
