"I've been to a few different Michael's. They all have somewhat different things in the bead section. This location is probably my favorite because they had EVERYTHING. I only came for 1 thing and left with two, which is still surprising because I can easily spend more there. I literally had to stop looking at all that they had and walk out to stick with my budget for that visit, lol. I will definitely be returning."

"The associates were friendly and helpful. The online 30% off one regularly priced item was appreciated. But.....This store is filthy. I arrived just after they opened in the morning and the little toilet side wall trash bin was overflowing from who knows how long. There was a yellow caution sign for a wet floor, but that floor has not been in contact with a mop in a looooong time. The form on the wall that is supposed to keep track of bathroom cleaning was blank. The elevator and floors are just disgracefully cruddy."

"I absolutely love Liberty Service Station. I use them often. Recently, I had bad luck by blowing out 2 of the 4 tires from my beloved Acura SUV after losing an argument with a curb on Edsall Rd. overpass to I-395. I managed to get my Acura towed to Liberty service station, and the guys there (thank you, Willie!) were awesome. they checked my car in and were able to give me an estimate for the 2 tires as soon as I arrived and right then and there. After getting the estimate, I agreed to it, and the tires ordered, I let Liberty do the rest. I got my car back the next day, and everything was perfect with my car! they fixed the damaged rim as best they could, and best of all they went above and beyond by checking the mechanics where the first tire smashed the curb and noting that there was no serious damage to my car other than it needing an alignment. Willie even accounted for and added to my invoice a military discount before I asked him about it. I absolutely love the guys at Liberty Service Station and will use them and recommend them as often as I can!!! Thank you, Willie and Jay, and the rest of the guys at Liberty for your professionalism, car know-how, and help to get my cars up and running the way they are supposed to."
