"New owner and it’s not the same…this has been my family’s jeweler for years and years. While the service is still fast (hence the 3 stars), the prices have more than doubled and the display cases are mostly empty. In fact, all of the beautiful pieces that I enjoyed browsing while waiting for my repairs are basically gone… no more custom, rare finds. I bought some of my most treasured pieces of jewelry from Eternity Jewelers and it’s sad to see it go down hill."

"I always come here now to get my watch batteries replaced. They do it while you wait for $15. I've also come here for jewelry repairs over the years. They've always done a good job for a reasonable price."

"Warning- do NOT go here. Brought my wedding band to be polished/ reshaped and they tried to give me a different ring upon pick up. When I told them it was not my ring, they told me it was lost and they'd call me. Luckily, they found it at a different store (?!) and then told me it was ready for pick up. Then, when I picked it up and confirmed it was my ring, they asked me to pay the $30 for the work. No apologies, or any sort of customer service. I would be very careful, and not drop off anything here because you may not see it again."

"Got my watch battery changed here. My sister recommended this place after getting many of her watches done there. The battery change was quick (1 min), cost $10, and the person working was very nice. Highly recommended."
