"Great & beautiful earings! Very bad customer services though, my 3 year old daughter sat on the chair and the lady upfront came up and said not to sit there because she can break it , my child isn’t more than 35 pounds and wasn’t doing anything wrong but sitting them , I really believe the store manager or the owner should have a word with the employee because at the end you are in a mall and you know kids are going to walk in the store and it’s not like my daughter was jumping or flipping the chair over I was very upset with this experience I had here on the night of December 6 !"

"I’m torn between 2-3 stars. The store was neat, bright and welcoming. The worker was nice. It’s not rocket science that the jewelry is definitely cheap or lower in quality for lack of a better word but it’s not always about quality if you know how to work it. I didn’t have a ball but I found a few pieces I liked. I spent about $60 (4 items). I can’t speak on how well the ring/earring will last because I’ve just bought them. I’ve read on other platforms that this jewelry is overpriced an horribly made. For the quality from what I can see upfront, I’d say yes the prices could probably be lowered just a “little”. But they have to advertise, pay workers and also pay rent so the prices may be a little high due to that? Further, if you spend 14 or 18 dollars on a piece of jewelry what are you really expecting? Don’t sweat or wet it with perfume lotion soap etc an definitely don’t wear daily and it just may last. If my few items turn my skin green or pop off I’ll update this review but I think their ok for a place to find inexpensive costume jewelry to add to your closet."
