"I purchased a G shock watch on a Saturday and it was delivered on a Monday! That was awesome. Unfortunately the G shock was damaged. I went to Arundel Mills Mall to the Reeds and the staff was able to confirm that it was damaged and replaced the G shock watch. Great staff and very helpful."

"I would not even give this place a one star. First we had my ring handmade and the Diamond wasn’t centered, it was not on the ring straight. There was gold around where they put the band and ring together on a white gold ring. When we went back I was told it is handmade so it will not be perfect after spending thousands of dollars on a ring. After that we went back again and they put my Diamond in a new setting which was different from what I originally went in there and told them I wanted. After asking the lady multiple times is the prongs going to be too big for this Diamond and her telling us no we took her word. I get the ring back and the prongs are way too long and sticking up too high. They took the ring back and shorten the prongs and now there is nicks and scuffs all on the prongs of the ring. I am now told that since it wasn’t brought back within 30 days they aren’t doing anything about it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if you want a perfect ring."

"I had such a great experience with them! I don't have a ton of knowledge about jewelry, I don't own a lot of it, so when I brought my engagements ring set in for sizing, I was a little nervous. But their prices were great, I checked with multiple places. Their service was spectacular. Taylor and Sharon both helped me and were so kind. Taylor spent extra time helping me pick the perfect size and I cannot speak highly enough about them. I'm not a fancy person, so naturally jewelers can be a bit intimidating.
