"Unprofessional and impolite. We scheduled a tour one week in advance at their Federal Hill location. We arrived on time and the director wasn't there. Reached by phone by an employee, she told the tour was for the Fells Point location (false). She agreed to wait for us there. We drove there immediately and when we arrived she wasn't there and she didn't tell anything to the employees. The latter didn't even open the door to talk with us, just told some incomprehensible words through the window glass. I would never leave my child to these people."
